Tables
There are many options for tables. You can rent a banquet table to serve food and drinks—they come in 4, 6, and 8 foot. For guest sitting, a round table is the most comfortable and intimate—they come in 4, 5, and 6 foot. To encourage mingling, rent cocktail tables to spread throughout the space—they come in 24”, 30” and 36”. For cocktail tables, a fun way to tie down the linens is with an extra long linen and a complimentary-colored sash.
If you will be outside, make sure to rent tablecloth clips for all of your tables so the wind does not blow off the linens. For sunny locations, renting umbrella tables is a good idea and less expensive than a large tent. You can rent them in a kit with the table, umbrella, and linen.

If you want to pick the rentals up, make sure you have a large enough vehicle. An 8 foot rectangle or 5 foot round table will not fit in most pickup trucks.

Linens are a fun way to decorate with a summery theme. You will want to cover our rental tables with a tablecloth as they have scuffed wood tops. If you have a nice dining room table that you want to use without a tablecloth, rent a simple runner or overlay to decorate the tabletop. Just for Fun and Things You Don’t Want to Forget
A grill or oven is important if you won’t be close to a kitchen for your party. You may want to rent extra trash cans if you are using disposable dishes. We have 32 gallon,10 gallon and tall slim trash cans, place these in strategic locations to make clean up easier for both you and your guests. Some rentals are plain fun and messy – like renting a machine to make popcorn, snow cones, cotton candy or margaritas and slushies. You can even rent a fondue fountain!
